Cancelation

Cancellation fee to 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one day prior to clients pick up

What should I bring for the adventure activities?

For all activities, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a change of clothes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and sturdy footwear. For water activities like rafting, don't forget a towel and swimwear. We provide all necessary safety equipment and gear.

Is there an age or weight limit for the activities?

Yes, safety is our priority. For rafting, participants should be at least 7 years old. For ATV and Dirt Bike, the minimum age is 16. There is generally no strict weight limit, but participants should be in good physical condition. Please check specific activity requirements when booking.

Do I need prior experience for the ATV Quad Bike or Dirt Bike tours?

No prior experience is necessary. Our experienced guides will provide a thorough safety briefing and training session before the tour begins. We offer different routes and levels to cater to both beginners and experienced riders.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

Safety is our main concern. In the event of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel the activity. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
